End of term notice regarding postage of new orders placed. How can you receive your order for class photos?

Thank you for your recent order for class photos.

As schools have now broken up, we can offer direct postage to your home. Please ensure you include your delivery information (telephone number and address) when placing your order so your photographs will reach you safely.

We hope that this is helpful and wish you all well.

1. Is it possible to place one order for siblings at the same time?

Yes! Click under the access code login on "Did you get another access code?". You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This way you will be able to order from all available photos. You can order combined and save shipping costs.

2. I got an access card with an access code - how can I order my photos?

If you have a received an access card with a personal access code, go to the "Login" page, enter the access code and click on "Open Album".

3. I got an email with login information - how can I order photos?

After you have placed an order or register in the online shop, you will receive an email with login credentials. Using your email and this new password, you can use the "Customer Login" to enter your personal gallery, order photos and check the status of your orders.

5. Where can I see the status of my order?

The easiest way is to click over link in your order confirmation email. Alternatively you can log in with your password and email address you received by email. The order details can be found then under "My Account".

6. How long does the delivery take?

Once payment is cleared, all orders placed before the order deadline will be combined and returned to the school as a single delivery (up to 21 days after the school deadline). Late orders can be made online and these will be shipped direct to your hoome and postage charged.

7 Can I speed up my order ?

Yes! If you have an imminent birthday or need your photos before the usual deadline you can order online and opt to pay for postage. This places your order direct with our processing lab and they will despatch your photo direct withiin 7-14 days.

Or you can order a digital download of your photo (allow 4 days for delivery to your email inbox).One you have the digital download, you are free to organise your own print anbd product requirements through other photography printers both online and in high street stores.

PLEASE NOTE : We are unable to guarantee the quality of any third party print or photography product provider.

8. Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?

Of course! The watermark is only used to protect against illegal downloads.

9. I have missed the return to school deadline, can I still order ?

Yes! Although late orders can only be made online. This extended online ordering window allows you to order all prodcts at the same price for a further two weeks after the deadline with a post and packaging fee  (this is automatically added at checkout)

10. What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?

We are commited to offer only the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality with your photo products do not hesitate to get in touch. We are commited to your satisfaction.

11. Can I use my images on Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc...

Yes! but only if you have purchased a digital image on either CD or download. If you have purchased a digitial file you are permitted to print and use these to create photo products etc and share with family and friends.  However, this does not permit you to copy or manipulate the images in any way ie Re-edit them for commercial use or gain. Please see out Terms and Conditions regarding copyright for further information if you are concerned that you may have infringed our copyright.

PLEASE NOTE : For Data protection - Class/Group Photos are not available for digital download or on a USB. In co-operation with each school, this is necessary to protect the individual children within the group photograph. As such you are forbidden to circulate group/class images online.

12. Can I copy the prints I have purchased, ie photograph or scan them?

No. This would be copyright infringement and is illegal. Please see our Terms and Conditions.

13. Can I adjust the crop?

Yes. In the cart you have the chance. If you shrink the image section, an enlargement of the respective area is created. Look for the stars that indicate to you whether the photo's resolution is sufficient for the enlargement.

14. I rarely order online - how can I order my photos here?

Select a photo that you like from your album and click "Order photo '. Then select the product of your choice, enter the desired quantity and click on  "Add to basket". When you have all the photos you like on your shopping basket, click the top right of "Basket" and follow the instructions.

15. I have received my photos and they are damaged, what do I do?

This is rare but should your photographs arrive to you in a damaged condition please contact us within 7 days. Please email us including a photo of the damage, School name, Child's name, Class, Image numbers, packaged purchased and payment method. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

16. What does CVC Postcode mean at checkout?

It simply means that you need to enter your three digit cvc number from your card and enter your residential postcode that is lined to that card as an extra layer of security. It will not affect the delivery back to school address.
